what's your policy for order cancellations?
Typically, we begin preparing your order within 10 minutes of receiving it. If you wish to cancel your order, please understand that we will simply be forced to throw your food away.
Having said that, we accept order cancellations if you call us @ 619-585-1111 within 15 minutes of you placing it. You can check your order time in your email confirmation.
During peak hours, we may not be able to respond to you in time. Do not worry. We will honor your cancellation requests in these situations. However, it is best for you to call us about the cancellations the following day when we are less busy.
